This is where you can post information on various pages for me to get to work on.
I do believe that users can label pages for deletion so if that's possible you can do so.
Don't be shy! --Joshrl 21:48, September 14, 2010 (UTC)

Did you know section Edit
I'm going to put a did you know section on the main page but I don't have any interesting facts about the game, do you know any? --Spazturtle 19:09, September 19, 2010 (UTC)
1. Go to the Random Page button on the left. 2. Click it. 3. Find a fact on that page. :P
You may get to useless item pages but I'm sure you'll get there. :) --Joshrl 20:15, September 19, 2010 (UTC)
Thanks for the Welcome Edit
Ugh, nevermind. I've asked several questions and then deleted them 2 minutes later because I worked them out, haha.
So since you said on your main page you've wanted to look at coding, I recommend you try out python, as it's ridiculously easy to learn compared to the more standard C++ or whatever. MelonTime 10:31, September 21, 2010 (UTC)
I'm definitely NOT trying C++! Something about storing memory...
And I'm actually learning Java at the moment with the Google AI Challenge.
I've heard Python is ridiculously easy. :) --Joshrl 19:11, September 22, 2010 (UTC)
Hi Joshrl! Thanks for the welcome. Just beginning to learn to modify wikis, please excuse the stuff-ups, I'll fix them asap! Is there any rule or preference for image file types? I've uploaded a bunch in png. Udoncat 00:00, October 12, 2010 (UTC)
Hihi~ I'm new here xD! This is a good info page you guys did here *salutes*, but there are more info to be included, so...lets work to put up and share all the info :D!
(this is my first time using wiki/wikia page,so...if there's any info i have but i don't know where to put, i shall put it here~) Farming broken ring easily: bring as many will power ring as you can into a low level dungeon, and then purposely get hit by the tentacle looking monster(i don't know what it's name ><,i only know that when it hits you,you won't fall), the ring will be used every time you get hit until it's broken, then replace it with another will power ring and rinse and repeat. (note: getting broken ring this way is good for fusion, but not if you want a GOOD fusion, because you only get +0 broken ring everytime)

Information placed in page correctly, done. :) --Joshrl 04:42, October 1, 2010 (UTC)
Hey can you help? Edit
You keep putting the pictures with the info box thing as well. May i ask how you do that? Might help me so I can do that with mine. Thanks --Catbird2
Using the template a good user of the wiki created here you input your image name into the | image = Image:Example.jpg line.
For example, with this line in the template it will show a picture of a Ancient Charm: | image = Image:Ancient_Charm.png
I had a good half hour making template boxes yesterday, but as long as you upload a Picture and state a price and the caption it's pretty easy for me, so I didn't mind. :) --Joshrl 20:35, October 1, 2010 (UTC)
File Rename Edit
Done. :) --Joshrl 22:23, October 5, 2010 (UTC)

Category Help Edit
Hi there! I'm new here, and have decided to make my goal helping to standardize item information! In poking around, I noticed there are two categories, one for Food, one for Foodstuffs, and they include all the same items. I think that it is really only necessary to have one of these categories; would deleting one make sense to you as well? Thanks. =) --DasChels 01:44, October 9, 2010 (UTC)
(EDIT: I had a second part here, but I am removing it, because the thing I was questioning in that second part makes sense. Sorry!) DasChels 02:52, October 9, 2010 (UTC)
Actually, the Food category is a sub-category within the Foodstuffs category...
Maybe someone created the category and such for if you search food, rather than foodstuffs?
But the truth is, if I just simply delete the page, all the food pages just turn up with a red link and it doesn't show the Foodstuffs category anymore!
I think I might redirect it instead. ;) --Joshrl 06:04, October 10, 2010 (UTC)
JayZed needs your help! Edit
Hi, I seem to not be able to remove the photo placeholder in the Old Man Pole page. Just to let you know if you could do something about it. Thanks!

Hey thanks for the welcome Edit
I'll do my best to keep making helpful edits, though since I'm still playing through the game myself I can't do too much for fusion items and I'll likely avoid character pages for the moment. I'm great for grammar and spellchecking though so feel free to send new pages my way if they need checking. Edit: I noticed that certain pageshave a different setup for listing fusion uses. Example being Honey and Water Crystal I think the crystallayout is a bit clearer to read so perhaps we should see about changing them? Let me know and I'm happy to start working on that.

Hi, Joshrl. Edit
Thanks for welcome! I'm pretty new in wikia and actually have some troubles with all this. I did't want to register, but aftef finding Causmedia and Megaflame staff in Lapis ruins I decided to join this community.
Also I want to fix Ancient charm page (it has +76 MDEF, not +87), but I don't know how to do this. You can do it for me or teach me, so I can do it myself.

Hello, since you are the only admin on here please could you add the following (or something similar) to MediaWiki:Licenses?
** Screenshot|This is a screenshot from Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale
and under "Own photo:"
** User image|This image is specifically related to me, and will be used on my user page.
Took a month, but done. :)

Recettear Save File Editor Edit
Hey there, Josh.
I just finished making a Save File Editor for Recettear and I saw here in the Wiki Forum area that you were talking about using cheats to learn more about the game or something of the sort.
My editor is still in version 1.00, so it has its share of bugs, but it allows you to edit your gold, merchant level, and inventory (add items, remove items, set quantity).
Not sure if you still even want to mess with that stuff, but if you do I posted it on my website:
Feel free to share it with others if you want.
Right now you can't mess with an Item levels + modifier, everything is just the base item, but I plan on adding that soon. That way instead of "Worn Sword" you can have "Worn Sword +15" or something like that.
If you have any questions, just email me. firstname.lastname@example.org
