Due to the ingredients involved in making the Arcadian Helm along with it's predecessor the Siegebreaker Helm, it is very difficult but not impossible to reach +15, as it would require three Insect King Shell+4 when making the Siegebreaker Helm and at least an Asuran Helm with +3 to +4 bonus for the final fusion.
